About us
Choosing software for the site, on facts instead of promises
Whoever runs a construction company, an installation company or a fleet rarely chooses software for fun. There is a deadline, a fine or a crew that is growing. We put the facts side by side, with a source for every data point, in your language.
Our mission
Every tradesperson and SME chooses software based on facts they can check.
That is why we publish how we score, show where every data point comes from and write "unknown" where we do not know. Paying never changes a score or a position.
Our story
Why is it easier to find honest information about a hotel room than about the software that runs your site?
A hotel has hundreds of reviews and a comparison site in your own language. A Checkinatwork app, a work order app or a tachograph reader has none of that. Whoever searches ends up on lists the vendor wrote itself, or on translated American sites that do not know the rules you work under.
Meanwhile the deadlines are coming: reporting presence on site, e-invoicing via Peppol, the digital tachograph. A wrong choice costs a fine or a year of double work.
We started with Checkinatwork apps, because the rules are clearest there. Every tool got the same criteria, with a weight and a source per data point. Then came the other categories that construction, installation, fleet and facility companies use.

How we work
-
One published method
Every tool in a category gets the same criteria with the same weight. The calculation is online.
-
A source for every data point
We read the site, documentation and pricing page of every vendor and note the source and the date.
-
No position for sale
Vendors pay for an enriched profile or for signals, never for a score or a position.
