Review season
The rules, the same for every vendor
- On the Grid: at least 10 verified reviews in the last 24 months, of which 3 new in this season.
- Paying changes nothing about scores, positions or badges.
- Reviews older than 24 months no longer count. Reviewers can update their review every year.
- Every review through your link gets the label "Invited by the vendor".
Terms for invitations
- Invite all your customers, or a random group. Do not pick only satisfied customers (no "review gating").
- Give no gift, discount, voucher or other reward for a review, not even through a contest.
- Do not ask for a positive review and do not write or edit a review for a customer.
- Employees, partners and resellers may not review your tool.
- In case of a breach we remove the reviews concerned and may stop your invitation link.
