Release 3.0: verified reviews
Buyers can write a review of the software they use. We check the company or the work e-mail and show for every review where it came from.

From today, anyone who uses software on the construction site, in the van or in the office can write a review, in Dutch or in French.
What is new
- One form: stars, ease of use, support, value for money, a recommendation score from 0 to 10, strengths and weaknesses and your context (sector, size, role).
- Verification: through a company listed in the European VAT register (VIES) or through a confirmed work e-mail. We refuse an e-mail on the vendor’s own domain.
- A label on every review: how we checked it and whether it came spontaneously, at the vendor’s invitation or at ours.
- Only from 5: the review block on a profile appears only at 5 published reviews, with a breakdown of the stars.
- Replies are free: every vendor can reply publicly, also without a paid plan.
What does not change
Reviews do not change the score from our criteria. The score comes from the published method. Also read how we verify reviews.
